Eight Workers Unlawfully Dismissed from a Factory in Samut Prakan, Thailand, Successfully Claim Compensation

Eight workers from a factory in Samut Prakan, Thailand, were dismissed without prior notice and subsequently sought assistance. In response, a formal complaint was filed on their behalf at the Samut Prakan District Labour Affair Office. As a result of the legal proceedings, the workers successfully recovered a total of over 80,000 Baht in outstanding wages.
