To develop tripartite cooperation among government, employers and workers, founded on equality without discrimination against people based on their race, religion, culture, gender, gender identity, gender orientation, disability etc., with the purpose of contributing in establishing a federal democratic union.

(b) Promoting employment opportunities
(c) Enforcing and protecting the rights and benefits of workers in line with relevant laws
(d) Cooperating with regional and international organizations regarding labour affairs
(e) Developing peaceful and non-discriminatory workplaces
